-DESIGN CONCEPT-                                                          

This is a UNIVERSAL machining center meaning it is two machines in one:   

both a vertical AND horizontal machining center. The universal milling    

head on this machine is automatic and programmable. It can be swivelled in

6 seconds from vertical to horizontal, and in combination with the rotary 

swivel table makes 5-sided 5-axis machining in a single set up possible.  

Setup time is reduced, the need for multiple setups is eliminated and     

accuracy and precision are improved. The P Series machines are intended   

for fully automatic manufacturing of highly complex workpieces in a single

set up. Ideal for both small and large batches with the high production   

components including high pressure CTS (Coolant Thru The Spindle) and     

chip conveyor.

machining is possible with one workpiece clamping.
